Supporting schools and leaders to make thoughtful, practical decisions in a changing digital world.

I work with schools, education organisations, and leaders to develop digital fluency in ways that are practical, ethical, and grounded in each school’s context and culture.

This can include AI in education, digital strategy, professional learning, leadership support, digital literacy, and the wider impact of technology on teaching, learning, and school communities.

My focus is not simply on introducing new tools. It is on helping schools understand what technology and AI mean for learning, leadership, policy, decision-making, and the people within the organisation.

Understand the school, its culture, priorities, people, and existing practice before deciding what needs to change.

Keep Learning at the Centre
Technology should support good teaching, meaningful learning, and the wider purpose of the school.

Include the Community
Consider the perspectives of students, staff, leaders, and families when making decisions about digital learning and AI.

Think Beyond the Tool
Understand AI and digital systems not simply as tools, but as part of a wider infrastructure that brings opportunities, risks, and responsibilities.

Build Capacity Over Time
Support teams to develop the understanding, confidence, and structures needed to continue the work themselves.
